Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in each project, we do not offer refunds for completed or ongoing services once work has commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A partial or full refund may be issued under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same service, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate payment after verification.

b. Non-Delivery of Service

If we are unable to initiate your project due to internal reasons and no work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

c. Service Not Rendered

If you cancel a service before any work has been started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting payment processing fees, refunds may be requested by writing to us with proof. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Time already spent on design, development, or SEO work
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, approvals, feedback)
  • Change of mind or change in business direction
  • Domain name purchases, hosting services, or plugin/theme licenses
  • Custom-coded tools or proprietary software delivered as part of the project

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, communication records, etc.)

We will respond within 5–7 business days with the outcome.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact our support team. In case of unresolved issues:

  • Clients in India are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
  • Clients in Canada are subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.
